Operations

City Prep’s operations will be completed in partnership with the School, School Leaders, District or School Board in these following areas:

  • Generally manage the business administration of the school
  • Arrange for the necessary school contracting of services
  • Facilitate the purchasing or leasing of materials, supplies, and equipment
  • Arrange for and subcontracting with third party on behalf of the School
  • Design and implementing the School’s student recruitment and enrollment procedures;
  • Provide students, parents, faculty members and other School stakeholders with written School information or materials
  • Report on educational and operational performance of the School as needed.
